This month we would like to welcome back Chido Poe from maternity leave. We are also delighted to announce that Chido is taking on the role of Managing Director of Banya Family Placement.
Being the daughter of our founder Nyasha Gwatidzo, Chido is perfect for this role, given that Banya Family Placement has been part of her life for the past 25yrs.

The appointment of Chido Poe as the new Managing Director ensures that Banya Family Placement continues to be a BAME and Female led organisation with all the directors being BAME women.
