Sunday 10 August | Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park
This summer, UK Black Pride turns 20—and Banya will be joining the celebration.
From its beginnings as a single coach trip to the beach, UK Black Pride has grown into a joyful, powerful, and essential space for Black and POC LGBTQ+ people and those who stand with them. This year, the celebration returns to the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park—for its biggest and boldest event yet.
We’ll be there, and we can’t wait to meet you.
At Banya, we believe love makes a family. For us, that means recognising and honouring the different ways people come together to care for one another. It means continuing the fight for dignity, stability, and belonging, especially for those who have too often been overlooked or pushed to the margins.
We know that care and community are at the heart of both fostering and Pride. That’s why we’re proud to stand alongside so many others who create safe spaces, build families, and offer support where it’s needed most.
So join us:

We’ll be at our stall, ready to connect, share what fostering with Banya is all about, and celebrate everything this beautiful community stands for.
See you there.
